Boda Intelligent Die Casting Workshop

Die casting is a casting method that injects molten or semi molten metal into a metal mold at high speed and crystallizes under pressure. It can manufacture various complex thin-walled parts, high hardness, high strength, high density automotive precision components, and other components.


The die-casting workshop covers an area of 16600m and will have large intelligent die-casting units ranging from 650 tons to 4500 tons, including Buhler, Toyo, and Lijin. It mainly produces aluminum alloy die-casting parts for new energy motors, electronic controls, battery accessories, electric air conditioning housings, thermal management systems, etc., with an annual production capacity of 50000 tons.


Most die-casting equipment adopts automated equipment such as quantitative furnace for soup feeding, robot spraying, robot parts picking, mold heat balance system, automatic deburring machine, etc., forming a die-casting intelligent unit with high degree of automation. It can greatly improve production efficiency and reduce the labor intensity of workers; At the same time, it has detection methods such as X-ray detection, spectral analysis, and density equivalent testing to ensure stable product quality.

Boda Precision Machining Workshop

The precision machining workshop covers an area of 13000 square meters and has more than 500 processing equipment that can simultaneously perform CNC machining, pressing, friction stir welding, vacuum infiltration, airtight testing, ultrasonic cleaning, laser coding, dust-free packaging and other processing and testing. The dimensional machining accuracy and cleanliness can reach a high level; Chewen adopts lean production management and a U-shaped single piece flow production method, with an annual production capacity of about 40 million sets.


All equipment adopts high-precision CNC machine tools and widely uses real-time online error prevention technology. At the same time, it has testing methods such as airtight detection, visual detection, mechanical performance testing, coordinate measurement, contour measurement, and dust-free laboratory cleanliness detection, continuously meeting the increasingly high product quality requirements of customers.

Automated Stereoscopic Warehouse (AS/RS) is a complex automation system composed of three-dimensional shelves, track stacker cranes, inbound and outbound pallet conveyor systems, size detection barcode reading systems, communication systems, automatic control systems, computer monitoring systems, computer management systems, and other auxiliary equipment such as wire and cable bridge distribution cabinets, pallets, etc. Using first-class integrated logistics concepts, advanced control, bus, communication, and information technologies, and coordinating the actions of the above equipment for inbound and outbound operations.
